Law Enforcement Blotter 10/3: Domestic Disputes with Shots Fired

Start Police Chief David Mercer said the Police Department responded to the first two cases of domestic violence that involved gunfire.

Officers received a call around 3:30 pm Saturday, October 1st for a family disturbance in the 100 block of Lane Mitsy with gunfire.

The appellant, a 34 year old woman, had fled his home after being assaulted by her husband who then took a pistol and began firing shots into the house as the victim ran from the residence to the house of a neighbor, Mercer said.

Chief Mercer stated that the victim had been awakened by her husband who became angry and started hitting her.  According to the report, the suspect then grabbed a pistol which was hanging on the bedpost and struck the victim in the head several times.  The victim ran from the bedroom and the suspect began firing shots with the .357 Magnum revolver, the report states.

4.2010 Receoved this tractor in May, was in a cage and difficult to remove. The seat has been damaged and can not be fixed on the tractor. I contacted their customer service and e-mails every time thanks, "you reply within 24 hours." I did something very foolish and have tried to see if it would work. I sat on the plate that holds the seat, and, therefore, fell and broke a rib. I am willing to pay for a new headquarters, if someone comes to tell me how to do that.
