Goodridge, former MMA fighter and kickboxer, offers cautionary tale

Two days after Gary Goodridge told me that fighting for a living had broken his brain in tragic and irreversible ways, I found myself standing in the lodge of Montana's Jackson Hot Springs resort, holding a can of PBR and watching one of his old fights on TV alongside a few barely interested strangers. Someone instructive in the basic kickboxing? PLEASE!?

Can someone please give me some basic exercises about how to start ... kickboxing. I just want fitness kickboxing now, bag boxing gloves, focus (MITS people stop at once), and boxing gloves. What exercises can I do? Ho How do I start? Is it a stroke / gloves Jab? Can you please inform me on the basis of basic exercises right? PS I do not have access to a gym, so I need help online. I think the cardio kickboxing appeal.
